A dual Irish/British citizen, Julia holds a Law degree at UCL. She has a strong background in Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance having worked for the European streaming company, Viaplay AB, for 15 years, most recently as its SVP of Regulatory and Public Affairs.

She previously also served on the Board of the Association of Commercial Television and Video on Demand Services in Europe, and on the Board and as Spokesperson of the VoD Coalition.
