Federica Rampulla | Vice Chair

Federica Rampulla is Executive Director, Global Public Policy, Europe, Middle East & Africa of The Walt Disney Company. Federica is based in Brussels, Belgium and supports the company’s global public policy initiatives throughout the region, with a focus on advocacy to the European institutions since 2017.

Federica has been serving as Vice Chair of the Board of the European VOD Coalition since December 2023.

 An Italian national, prior to joining Disney, Federica worked for years in public affairs consulting at advisory firms Brunswick Group LLP and Strategis Communications and held public affairs roles at Italian telecom’s operator Telecom Italia at the Association of European Radios  - where she started her EU affairs career.
