Phil is Senior Vice President of Public Policy & Government Affairs for Paramount, based in London and reporting to the company’s Head of Public Policy & Global Government Affairs in Washington. He and his team are responsible for developing and representing Paramount’s public policy positions to Governments, politicians and regulatory authorities in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Before joining Paramount Phil worked in the Government and Public Affairs teams at Discovery Communications and Sky, and prior to this as a public affairs consultant and civil servant. He has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from New College, Oxford University. He is married to Cath, has three children and lives in North London.
