Sam Villiers is Associate General Counsel, Public Policy at Roku, Inc. He is based in Brussels, covering audiovisual and digital regulation across the European Union, UK, and other markets. Prior to joining Roku, Sam practised as a lawyer in the EU & Competition practice of an international law firm, and has also worked at a leading public affairs consultancy and a non-profit. He holds an LL.M. from the College of Europe in Bruges, and an LL.B. in Law with European Legal Studies from the University of Southampton.
